If you are trying to keep you debt under control, you may have received a ton of advice. Likely, reducing your dependence on credit cards is high on the to-do list. Credit cards, as anyone has used one knows, can ramp up your debt almost before you know it. They make it easy to feel like you have more money than you actually do. Besides, when the bill comes, it can be easy to pay just the minimum amount due, and interest rates can quickly get away from you. The cards might be hard to part with, though, when they’re so convenient.

Equally convenient but less sticky when it comes to managing your money are Prepaid Credit Cards. Because they are prepaid, you can’t spend more than you have, and there are no surprises at the end of the billing cycle. Like credit cards, however, they can be easier than running to the ATM. They are also convenient for online shopping, recurring bills, and for travel. They look and work just like credit cards. You can even use them in conjunction with cash or other forms of payment. Some allow you to send a text message to a number printed on the card, and receive a message back with the balance. This makes it easy to keep track of how much you have left to spend.

The best way to gain financial control, to put it simply, is not to spend money that you don’t have. This will mean looking carefully at the amount of money you have coming in, and adjusting your expenses accordingly. Naturally, unexpected expenses will come up at times. For these situations, it is a good idea to have some savings set aside. That way, you can draw on the savings, i.e. money you already have, rather than using credit cards, which will cost more in the long run.

There are a lot of things we do in life just to keep up our health. We eat reasonably healthfully (or at least we pretend we do), we exercise on a reasonably regular basis and we sleep every so often (if only to sleep off the buzz from last night’s debauchery session). But our personal health is not the only thing we have to worry about, in our modern world. While it is definitely a great idea to keep your body functioning as well as you possibly can, keep in mind that not everything you do in life is going to be “IRL” (in real life, if you aren’t up on chat speak).

If your computer is screwed up, your life is screwed up. You need your computer for things like keeping track of your bank statements, making sure your bills get paid properly and keeping up with all of the latest events in this world. So naturally, you want to keep your computer at least as healthy as you would want your own body to be — and in some of our cases, a little healthier. So other than using a surge protector and defragging every so often, you need to do just a few other things, to make sure your computer stays healthy and runs well.

For one thing, you need to make sure that your firewall is up to snuff. The one that’s included with windows is occasionally of sub-optimal quality, to put it nicely. And you should always keep your Antivirus software in tip top shape. After all, your Antivirus program can be the difference between having a quick, sprightly computer where your information is safe, and having a computer that drags around, while hackers rip off every password you type in with key stroke loggers and such.

Anybody planning to attend a business or graduate school should be preparing to take the GMAT. The Graduate Management Admission Test is an essential part of the graduate or business school application process, and high scores are everything. Your GMAT score can dictate whether a college will admit you, which school you’ll get into, and even how much you’ll pay. GMAT test scores are one way that schools evaluate the qualifications of applicants, and some schools will even offer scholarships based in-part on high scores. Taking the standardized test is also a good way to find schools. Many schools will actively contact applicants with high test scores.

So how do you make sure you get a good score on the GMAT? Well, the most important thing is to study and prepare for the test. You should start preparing at least six months in advance. The problem is figuring out exactly what to study. Don’t procrastinate and try to cram everything into the last week before the test. The test is four hours long and covers a wide range of material. Many people neglect to study simply because they don’t know where to start or what material to cover. You might try to get an idea about the test from somebody who has taken it before, but even then you would find it difficult to cover all the material.

One solution is to take a GMAT prep course. Having all your study material organized and your study environment structured for you is invaluable. A GMAT prep course can help you make sure to cover everything that will be on the test. A prep course for the GMAT will give you comprehensive study material, including questions mirroring the ones on the test, and expert advice. Don’t waste your money on the test fees only to score low because you didn’t take the time to prepare.

As you and your date talk, laugh, and discuss lighter topics, it’s inevitable that he or she will, at some point, ask you a “tough” question. These inevitable questions can take many forms and they are too numerous to list here. Often, you’ll just have to do the best you can with the question and then, after the date, plan to answer it better the next time you’re asked it. The principle to remember is this: be honest – tactfully honest. Each question is an opportunity to reveal something about yourself that will make you more attractive. Let’s take a look at one of the more common ones.

“So, what kind of work do you do?”

You’ll want to have an answer ready in advance for this one. The essence of answering this question effectively is to describe what you do in one or two sentences. A great way to look at it is: answer the question in a way so that an eight-year-old would understand you, and then say, “Cool!” Saying that you’re a “project manager” or a “systems engineer” doesn’t really tell the other person much. Try something along the lines of, “You know how online sports betting is really popular now? I write the software that makes it work.” If you’re unemployed, in school, or working what you consider to be a menial job, you can still answer this question effectively. “I’m working as a waiter while I’m getting my MBA,” or “I’m interviewing for a public relations position.” If you really are unemployed, of course, it’s best to get some job – any job, not only to increase your self-respect and income, but to help you answer this question! Present yourself in the best possible light, just as you dress and style your hair to make you look your best.

If you’re looking for a unique way to advertise your business, think stickers. Custom bumper stickers can be a unique way to advertise your business and can be placed in several different areas around your neighborhood. When considering using bumping stickers to advertise your business, you’ll need to find a custom sticker printing company to make them for you.

When selecting a company to print your stickers, look at what different ones can offer you, from cost to style to the amount that can be printed at once. Compare the prices and quality of several companies before placing your order.

Once you’ve selected a printing company, you’ll want to come up with an eye-catching design. If your company has a logo or custom printing style, use them on the stickers. Of course, you want to make sure you don’t go overboard. Only place a few graphics on the sticker, such as your company name, logo, and phone number. Remember, these stickers are going to be seen by drivers and passengers of cars, and they’ll only glance at them for a moment while driving. You’ll want to come up with something that will grab their attention and make them think of you when they are in need of your goods or services.

To that end, you will want to make sure that when you choose the design for your sticker, you’re using good color choices and bold, easy-to-read print. You can find out more about designing custom stickers on the Internet. Some websites will take you through the process of designing and ordering stickers so you’ll know what to expect. Just like with anything else you do for your business, you’ll want to make sure you do your research and come up with the best plan for you.

The used car parts business is so complex that it has slowed down business methods used in other industries. Europeans sell twice as many car parts than us, so we have a lot of catching up to do. We have to reach the consumers.

Where are the consumers? On the net, most of them are on EBay. Any consumer who wants used car part eventually turns to EBay.

What are the advantages of this site?

It’s a sure bet. Whatever is that I want, I am sure to find it on EBay, unless it is on some negative list or something. Thus it’s worth taking a shot.

Photos are available: Whatever I want to buy, I want to see a picture. As I do not know from whom I am buying.

Apt description: Good EBay sellers will include a good description of the product, about all its features, pros and cons. This will whet my curiosity and anxiety.

It makes for Trust. With EBay and making payments with Pay Pal, I am reassured about the transaction because of the trust in the agency. For example, I have had the experience of returning damaged goods and being repaid in full within a few days.

It has got Feedback: Sellers are graded, so I am able to judge a seller by the feedback he received. For example, you feel confident to buy from a seller who has got 10,000 responses and is 99.5% positive.

Price is desirable: Price advantage is generally perceived and most customers are on EBay to make a bargain.

Simplicity is attractive: Click and pay is an easy, simple method to do business. No phone calls, no wait times make the deal simple and efficient.

Payment: Rather than give credit card numbers over the phone it is safer to do online transactions.

EBay is a giant market place which sells everything under the sun. It is a huge “Flea market” where you can buy real or fake, old or new, according to your taste and budget.

But there are three major problems with EBay with regards to used car parts:

1.	Availability: There are only 280,000 used and new car parts listed on EBay. This amounts to the inventory of a single Yard with 1000 vehicles and 300,000 parts with 35% availability. Thus odds are that a user is not going to find the part he is looking for on EBay.
2.	Used and New Jumbled up: EBay is likely to show cheap new Chinese parts when used parts are not available and the consumer will be taken in by the bargain.
3.	Search is clumsy: Search terms may not match the exact part requirements. So by searching with the wrong words, the customer may not find the parts he is looking for.

EBay is still the best way for consumers to find used and recycled parts. But it has its flaws. The industry needs an alternative which has all the advantages minus the flaws of EBay. An intelligent solution is possible, but it will take time.

Nintendo has been around for what seems like forever. Who doesn’t love the original Super Mario, and the classics like Zelda and Metroid? Satoru Iwata, the President of Nintendo doesn’t want to merge with any phone devices. As of now, Nintendo is doing fine and Iwata doesn’t see any mobile phone as a competitor. With all the apps the Iphone offers including a large variety of advanced and cheap games on the go, Iwata is going to have to consider mobile phone reviews and merge with a device of choice.

Nintendo DS and PS3 are awesome but they are expensive and can only be played at home. The Iphone not only has multiple games to choose from but the all the games can be played anywhere. They go where the Iphone goes. The Iphone also has a clear touch screen which makes playing games easy.

Perhaps and incentive to get Nintendo on board for the merge would be necessary. Iphone although great as is, could come out with a new phone capable of everything it already has consisting of storing and buying music, keeping up with business, internet, and endless applications however, the new phone would be specific to gamers and have a wider screen. The new phone geared toward gaming could also have a built in mini control similar to a sliding keypad that could pop out the side.

Some issues would be things such as the Iphone’s battery life. How impressive would the controller inputs be in an Iphone. Would they actually be worth it or would they realistically be pretty lame causing true gamers to want to stick to the game counsels?

Most people make lists of the best games or the most lovable characters in video games (or online games), but we just thought we’ll go ahead and make a list of the 7 most annoying game sidekicks of all time. Why seven? No particular reason apart from seven being a number I like, and also because most people make the best 5, the best 10, the best 100 or whatever; we thought it’s high time we gave the number 7 it’s due. So here are the 7 most annoying sidekicks of all time.

Roman Bellic (GTA IV)
Irritating and pesky, this character takes the top spot not only because he is useless, but he is also a grating obstruction to the flow of the game. Very demanding and needs constant attention, and probably the weakest link in the Niko Bellic chain.

Kreia (Knights of the Old Republic II-The Sith Lords)
It was a tossup between Kreia and Roman Bellic for the top choice, and Bellic eventually scrapped through with the thinnest of margins to claim the top spot. 99% of gamers will say Kreia should get top billings on this list, but since there are quite a few people out there who adore nagging and irritating mother-in-laws, we thought we’ll respect their senses and pushed Kreia to number 2.

Sometimes, you wonder while playing the game, who you hate more; the villain or the side kick? Nagging Kreia for the number two spot, definitely.

Otacon (Metal Gear Solid Series)
A total loser even for a side kick—what’s the point in having a side kick when all that the character does is hide behind you like a pussy? Weak and pitiful, and an excuse for adding another dimension to the game, Otacon follows Bellic and Kreia closely at 3rd.

Tails (Sonic -the Hedgehog 2)
Awfully slow—that’s how you can pay the best compliment to Tails from Sonic-Hedgehog series. If the purpose was to give Sonic a useful sidekick, then Tails should have been put on a course of anabolic steroids. Though slow in the game, Tails makes it to the 4th spot in supersonic speed.

John Madden (Madden Franchise)
For the stupidest advice on game strategy, John Madden should get the No.1 spot on this list, but since we had more serious contenders, we had to fit in Madden in the 5th place. NFL teams should hire a coach like him if they are on a tax scrutiny and want to show losses for all the unaccounted money. Hiring him is the best way to go bust at top speed.

Navi (Legend of Zelda-The Ocarina of Time
Actually, Navi would have won the competition for the most annoying sidekick hands down if we had made this list based just on feedbacks from gamers. However, since Navi has been kind of a classic figure when it comes to sidekick bashing, we decided to give this sorry for a sidekick character a breather. But we just have to say this, “Navi, go climb those vines.”

Chip (Sonic Unleashed)
The only reason why Chip finds the last spot on this list is only because he is a cartoon character. Just like Tails, Chips just hangs around Sonic without contributing anything to the plot or the game in general. The only reason he is less disgusting in comparison to Tails is because he is a tad faster than Tails. And the high pitched voice just adds to the irritation to intolerable limits.

There ends our 7 top annoying gaming sidekicks list, but we’ve got so many names waiting to get into the list. As of now, these 7 somehow managed to beat the rest, but since competition is high, we might have to make a fresh list sooner than later.

Talk about technology making life easier for the inhabitants of this planet! Want to smoke now and not worry about cancer or tuberculosis? Want to walk into a crowded room and smoke without being worried about getting kicked out of the room? Want to smoke carefree not unduly bothered about the tar corroding your lungs? Technology can help you do all that. Smoke E-cigarettes of electronic cigarettes. The electric cigarette is probably the invention of the century for all smokers who don’t want to quit smoking but want a healthier alternative and to all smokers who want to quit smoking but are unable to do so.

What is an E-cigarette or electronic cigarette? An E-cigarette is a battery operated device that looks and feels like a conventional tobacco cigarette and which works by releasing small doses of nicotine to the smoker by vaporizing a nicotine-chemical solution present in the device. The E-cigarette is designed to look just like a real cigarette and some E-cigs even feel like real cigarettes, especially the ones from Cigarti. How does an E-cigarette work? The E-cigarette consists of three main parts: mouthpiece or cartridge, heating element or atomizer, and the battery and electronic parts.

When a smoker inhales or sucks on the mouthpiece of the E-cigarette, electronic sensors located inside the device activate the atomizer, which in turn vaporizes the nicotine solution in the cartridge. This vapor is inhaled by the smoker and the vapor is without the harmful substances present in conventional cigarettes such as tar, carcinogens and carbon-monoxide. The result is a much less dangerous smoke to people that smoke and to everyone around them. This is the technology behind E-cigarettes, and this is the technology that hopefully will bring down cancer, tuberculosis and all smoking related illnesses.

Twitter is a serious threat to the NFL! Well, this is what the recent actions of the NFL banning twitter from games, team meetings and coaching sessions signify. The elite body that governs all NFL related rules and regulations has said that from here onwards, Twitter is a strict no-no for players and the staff attached to the teams in the NFL. In the past, the NFL has applied strictures on player-media interactions, and the enforcement of rules on that front had been strict until now. Nevertheless, now the governing bodies think that the flow of information from players and staff should be restricted on social networking sites, even such as Twitter where the information conveyed per tweet cannot be that threatening.

However, the NFL says this is done to ensure vital information such as match strategies, training details and player information are not divulged unknowingly. The laughing matter is that many players and members of the staff have admitted that they do not even know how to send text messages on their cell phones leave alone using Twitter to tweet. The NBA has followed suit and is seriously considering bringing in guidelines to ensure that players stay off the popular social networking site. Reasons cited: maintaining tradition and seriousness of the game. Cell phones, PDAs and laptops were banned anyway during games much before the Twitter ban came along, but what is interesting is that players now cannot bring their gadgets even for their training sessions and team meetings.
The whole thing looks like it’s all about maintain secrecy from the public and the prying media. Whatever the reasons; let’s hope that the ban does not extend to other spheres connected to the two sports such as advertising, sponsorship, television rights and gambling such as NFL betting and the likes.
